Our growing agency is seeking to add successful independent agents to our team here at Grand Mutual Insurance Services. We will provide you with all the tools you need to be successful and make your sales process seamless and streamlined. As part of a corporate family of companies, we have robust resources and will provide you with the following services in-house:
- Accounting
- Marketing
- Human Resources
- Tech Support
- Option to participate in our group health program
- Dedicated CSRs to assist with servicing your
accounts, provide certificates, etc. - Direct access to a wide variety of carriers and
markets - Access to our CRM, quoting software, etc.
To qualify for this program, we are looking for agents that meet the following criteria:
- Valid P&C and/or Life & Health license
- Book of business of at least $150,000 in premium size (if your book is over $500,000, we may be able to offer incentivized and upgraded commission splits).
